Photo problem help asap please!

Hi need some help asap please. Joined a photopass share on here and got back Monday 😢 with a short editing windows which ends today! My massive problem is that although the photos are available on my 'my disney experience' but not all of them are coming up on the page of the lady heading the share. Some of the pictures are there but we have a weeks worth missing from Magic Kingdom and 10 days missing from Epcot etc etc... I have checked and double checked the settings and they are definitely shared. I have cleared the cookies, I have even tried on different machines but having same problem on everything!
I am desperate for any help please!
I have also tried adding the magic bands again but it says they are already linked!
It's looking like despite paying for the share we won't get our pics 😢

Not sure but we may be on the same share. I've found that a few ride pics and character pics of my dd are missing as she's not linked to the share account. Hazel has tried to add her but it wouldn't work. I've contacted disney to ask if they would link it but they say they need hazels permission. Have emailed them back an email Hazel sent me and a photo showing we've tried to link dd but I'm not hopeful of getting these by tonight. Luckily for me it is only a few. Hope you get it sorted. Have you got our other family members knows to the share account? Did they get their bands scanned at all or go on rides without you?

We are all under the same disney account (don't have any others) and there was just the 4 of us and we all went on same rides. It's not just ride/character pics it's general photopass pics missing too. Not feeling hopeful 😢

Are you all linked to Hazel or just yourself? It sounds like maybe only the photos scanned to your band are showing and if another band was scanned they're not? I got Hazel to link my DH who is also on my account but doesn't have his own account before we went as I knew that he would go on some rides without me with dd and weren't sure if it would only show things from my band but what I hadn't realised was that now dd is a bit older she ended up going on a few rides on her own and did a character meet without us and because she's not linked with Hazel even though she's on my account the photos from her band don't show.

Well I tried to add their magic bands and it wouldn't accept them saying they were already lineed 😕 it's beat me I don't know what else to try! Wondered if anyone else from other pass shares had similar problems and how they rectified it.

Have you asked Hazel to link your other family members through friends and family? She's just managed to add my dd.

I'd find this helpful to know as I'm in a share next month and I know that DS is likely to want to go off on his own for certain rollercoaster rides (), although DS is linked in my MDE will his photos show on the MM account?

My dd's photos didn't show up without her being added to friends and family of the share organiser so you may need to ask for him to be added.
