Buy Water Park Annual Pass to Buy TIW Card

Has anyone done this or know if it is allowed.
I am just thinking of our Christmas trip 6 of us 2 weeks on site lots of ts meals booked, no dining plan, would you or can you buy the Water Park Annual Pass $139 ( we are not going back next year so would be only be to do this) in order to buy The TIW card $150 ?
Do you reckon I would save money rather than buying the dining Plan or paying OOP

Thank you

Think you need to carefully read the conditions on this page: disneyworld.disney.go/en...nual/purchase/

As I read it you will not be eligible to purchase the Tables in Wonderland membership.

Is there no way the maths stack up to upgrade 1 person (21+) to a proper AP? The TIW card would basically pay all your tips then for $150. The AP would also give merchandise discounts.

I will have a look thank you :-)it was just a no brainer for the water park one, the TIW has quite a few blackout dates when we are there so I will add it up, I am considering adding the deluxe dining plan to one of our rooms and sharing the credits and then just paying for any qs or breakfasts we have xx
