I originally booked my trip this month with them but obviously they were caught up in the TC saga so now its being fulfilled by Hays as there is a flight involved.

Been a nightmare ever since, new documentation has come through with so many errors and it takes them an age to get anyone to return your calls. Hays i wouldnt use again but Magicbreaks i would, theyve been very helpful up to the point of transfer to Hays
