Booking Virgin Premium Seats

Any one else getting an incorrect booking date for when they can book their premium seats?
My booking date should be the 1st October (331 days).
Instead of this it is actually showing the 15th October.

Mine showed the 9 Oct but the reference actually appeared yesterday (at 331 days), so we were able to book them. It was lovely to be able to do some planning and get excited

Maybe the return flight date thats causing this ?

Can I ask , is this a flight or trip you have moved as I can’t see any flights for Oct 2021 yet and I want to book but thought I couldn’t until Nov this year!

Ours is for flights in Aug, we hit the 331 days to go yesterday so we could book our seats. We can book the return seats on 9 October

This is a package we booked around Feb/Mar this year. We booked it in White Rose Virgin shop which is still closed I think.

This looks like the return date. It happened to us last time we went, I rang at 331 day and booked them no problem.

Got up this morning and managed to book our seats. Thanks for the advice. I logged on at 8 am and could not believe the front and back rows were already booked lol.

Yeah, ours was 14th Oct to book seats, but we managed to book ours 331 days out which was a few days ago.

So virgin automatically book out the front row and only release at online check-in as they use them to accommodate people who have specific needs such as those requiring skycots or disabled passengers when they can't book any of the other seats. They may do the same for the back seats or someone was up very early
