Swan & Dolphin, Virgin Holidays
Has anyone stayed at The Swan & Dolphin when booked through Virgin Holidays? Just been watching a few vlogs and some say there is a resort fee of $31 per day! I’ve called virgin and they say that there is no resort fee when booked through them... just wondering if anyone has stayed through Virgin and can say if the hotel still try to charge the fee?
I’m probably overthinking..

Check your VH invoice or confirmation and it should say something like the resort fees are waived for VH guests.
VH charge high prices so you expect these things to be covered.

I've stayed multiple times at Dolphin booked via Virgin. Never been charged any extras. Awesome hotel, and with Virgin, you're guaranteed a good view.

They also waived the daily parking fee when we stayed (via Virgin Holidays) a few years ago - worth asking at reception!

Just make sure you have confirmation in writing I always take it with me for proof incase of overcharging

I hope you don't mind if I jump in with a question, as we have the Dolphin booked with Virgin, when can you link to MDE, what number do you use.

I'd also like to know about this. The Swan/Dolphin is supposed to have a 60 day FP+ window, but Virgin only release ticket numbers at 30 days out, so you can't link your tickets to MDE and get FP's until then. Which is shoddy. Anyone had experience of this, or knows a way around it?
