30days vs 60days in August 20
Torn between Buena Vista Suites and the Double Tree Suites at Disney Springs
Prefer the look of BVS and the free breakfast would save quite a bit but the lure of the 60 days fast pass staying on Disney Springs is pulling me in. My son was diagnosed T1 Diabetic on New Years Eve - so no idea how he'll cope with long queues and the heat but seem to recall when we went in 2015 although we stayed on site and got loads of fast passes sorted we ended up chopping and changing nearer the time? The 60 days will be more relevant if you want FPs for the newer rides like Smugglers Run, Slinky Dog, FOP etc. If you’re not too bothered about those then 30 days should be ok.
Would your son’s condition qualify for the DAS that Disney operate? I don’t know much about it, but is worth looking into.
