Floridatix vs Attraction Tickets

We are looking at purchasing tickets for Disney and Universal next year and have been looking at Floridatix. Does anyone have any experience of using them as we usually use Attraction Tickets Direct and wanted some advice. TIA.

We’ve used them in the past for Universal. No issues. I’m not sure how they were during Covid though. AT I have experience of and they refunded us no problem.

We used Floridatix for 2020 and AT for 2021. Floridatix were 60 days for the refund to come through. Had money back from AT within 2 weeks. Both had really good customer service

Used Floridatix a few times. In fact bought tickets last night with them. If you use TPFUN5 you can save 5% at the moment.

Isn't this 5% if you pay in full?

We have always used ATD but last year used floridatix and when covid hit they were a nightmare refunding our money so we have gone back to ATD. I am sure when all goes well they are good but sadly my only experience was a bad one.
