The FAQs on the web site tell you all you need to know visitortollpass/ You will see that at the minute you can only collect on side A which is a bit of a nuisance since direct UK flights arrive at side B - a small detour worth doing for us if we get there. . I signed up to the app ages ago. Glad you pointed that out. Hadn�t noticed that. Do you reckon it�ll be available on side B eventually (we don�t go til 30th July)?

Both VS and BA land at gates 70-99 which is connected to side B by APM 4.

Strangely though the check-in desk for Virgin is on side A
