Nice thread.
I booked with Andy this year. When I first booked I asked if anyone had actually had a car hire with him ,as most threads were saying they had only booked. A few said they had, so I took the plunge. We had an under 25 driver and his site was showing the older price when others had put theirs up with Alamo. So I thought I'd give it a go, as it was only a deposit to see how it panned out.
Was very impressed with his service (I had card problems which he helped with and he gave support for skip the counter - thedibb method).
To hear on this thread that he also gives excellent post hire support shows that he deserves our custom , subject as always to his price being competitive. If so, I would have no issues using him again (Being the cost devil I am, he would be my first choice provided he was competitive!)

Another thumbs up for Andy

I had booked a full size SUV (Tahoe or equivalent) with Alamo for under 25.
Got a Yukon XL 8 seater Premium (with an override needed for the under 25) provided by Alamo It was superb.
Not Andy's doing I know, and I promise not to hold it against him

Hi guys

if we book through Andy's website, do we then need to purchase any insurance. I remember the first time we went to Orlando and the agent at the desk was really pushy telling me i needed to purchase lots of different extra cover/ policies.

typical guys at desk trying to up sell everything. you'd think they make commission or something... ?

andy will keep you right and give you everything you need - then you just say no, no thanks, no, no thanks, no, non merci, no, nine, no, naw, Jikai, Akkadi, - in fact every thing on this page: users.elite.net/runner/jennifers/no.htm

our first time they guy tried to up sell us to a 2 seater sports car, I looked at him, he looked at me, we both looked at my wife - 2 kids - 10 cases - 2 prams, we looked at each other again - at that point he got the message and gave up trying to sell me more stuff...

Another positive review for Andy. We travel on boxing day and the information, ease of booking and price are all great!

We even decided we wanted a sat nav on Thursday, it arrived this morning ! for £15 that is unbelievable and unbeatable service !

We have just booked with Andy, what I really liked was the honesty when asking him questions around his thoughts on the type of car, adding tanks of fuel and extra insurances. Very competitive prices on the car hire and the Sat Nav price is brilliant. Looking forward to the Holiday and collecting the car - Thanks Andy.
