Hol Insurance - where from ?

Hi

Im in the process of booking our Florida trip for next year

So far flights, Car Hire and a couple of nights in a universal hotel are booked and paid, so I'm feeling a little vulnerable with no insurance

Pre-Covid we always had world wide annual travel insurance policy that I renewed every year as we had a couple of holidays a year

What is everyone else doing, any recommendation for decent providers with some form of covid protection

Thanks in advance

We've had a Worldwide Annual policy with LV for years now.

We've just bought Worldwide annual with Staysure. Got a 15 months for 12 deal.

Liked the worldwide cover as if plans are forced to change them it will cover where we go.

Liked annual as covers any dates we might need to move to.

Overall it was about £1 less than a specific 14 days cover for my one trip.

I’ve just been on their site and got so confused with it all. I decided on annual cover and then it was offering my extra cruise cover and extra disaster cover and before I knew it the premium was huge. I am a nightmare for “just in case” and add all these things on

Yes I added a couple of extras this time just in case 🤔

Last year my insurance wouldn't pay out for cancellation for Europe and as flight was going I was going to lose lots so bit more nervous now.

We have a Nationwide Flex Plus Account. It's £13 a month but we use it solely for the benefits it includes.

Worldwide Travel Insurance for all in household
UK and European Breakdown cover
Phone Insurance for both names on the account.

The insurance and breakdown both cover us then for holidays to Orlando and Paris and peace of mind because we drive to Paris too.
