Clearly says on Scot.Gov pages that if you've been in another country 10 days before returning to Scotland you need to have a day 2 PCR test.
Doesn't matter how you avoid it the rules are there and clear IMO. It's just down in to you if you choose to follow them or avoid to save a few quid. gov.scot/publications/co...ist-countries/  |
