Black Widow - cinema again :)

Just booked cinema tickets for opening night. Pleases me and, more importantly, my 14y/o daughter mightily.
Might be a late night (45 min trip away as our local hasn't survived the pandemic - partly to do with the venue shafting it for a "better" offer of a different chain that I'd boycott even if it was up and running in time, which it won't be). But her options exams will be over, and school on a wind-down for summer, and, well, is a step toward normality and she deserves a treat.
She's worked hard and been through a lot (I know, we all have... but I'm looking after my own after obeying every rule thrown at us thus-far), and this film has been over a year in the waiting now.
Will obviously be getting it on D+ early access also.
Loving the thought of the cinema again, especially a bit of dad/daughter bonding (the missus fancies a craic with her mam more than the film).

Booked for Saturday 10th for me and my youngest daughter. I usually have to go by myself to Marvel films so delighted my daughter is old enough now and enjoying watching the marvel films.🙂

Booked for the 11th - first trip to the cinema since Covid!

It's also my 30th birthday on the 11th so it's my birthday treat. We had tried to book HP studios for the 11th but it was all sold out so booked the 12th instead! We are staying in Watford from 10th - 13th.

I am really looking forward to it. Not the 30th I had imagined (or, planned), but it will be lovely nonetheless.

Did a second dummy booking to see how tickets are going - nice to see they've blanked out the two seats next to ours as unavailable. Guess they'll be running fifty percent bums on seats?

Agent Romanoff was/is my daughter's favourite in the MCU (well, she and Loki at the mo)... She was properly distraught in Endgame (more so even than for Han in TFA). She's a massive Stranger Things fan too, and loves David Harbour... I fear an upset 😂
Won't speculate more, as don't want this to become a spoiler thread.

I have suggested visiting the cinema to see Black Widow to my daughter as her birthday present to me this year. I miss going to the cinema with her. Looking forward to it.

We’ve booked for the 11th and can’t wait.

Will be our second cinema visit within 3 weeks as we went to see F&F9 on Wednesday.

Have really missed the cinema and glad it’s open again.

'twas exceptionally enjoyable 👌
Epic action, some funny, and poignant moments, between the four main protagonists ("you got fat..." - not a spoiler, you've all seen the clip😉 ), nice post-credit scene to link to D+
Definitely be purchasing on D+ on Friday.
Send off the character deserved.
