We were last there in 2019. I think ROTR is the ride I'm most excited for (I'm not even a Star Wars fan!), I've avoided all YouTube spoilers so far. I love exploring new lands so looking forward to experiencing Galaxy's Edge.
I'm also looking forward to riding Hagrid's at Universal and seeing all the new 50th anniversary decorations such as the lights on Spaceship Earth.

We haven’t been to BG and SW for many years but just can’t squeeze any more into next years trip. The trouble with postponing 2020 and 2021 is it’s got more expensive with each re-booking! I’d love to do some of the new rides at those parks and our postponed 2021 trip did include Discovery Cove for some downtime but we had to drop some things to do our first cruise so hopefully Castaway Cay will make up for it

I think that the days of buying into all 3 companies on the one vacation as we did on our first 4, are gone for many of us.. in our case for our subsequent 5 and forthcoming 6.
As we now visit other places and States during our around 15 days of magic, Orlando/Tampa has shrunk to just 7 days and therefore it is a ‘no brainier’, with 8 land based theme parks (soon to be 9) and 4 water parks (plus D.C.). Most if not all parks have new rides built since March of 2020 and therefore all of us have new things to look forward to! Edited at 03:55 PM. |

Agreed! On our 1st trip in 2012 we paid £450 each for 14 day Disney, Universal and SW/BG tickets. That's about the cost of just 14 day Disney tickets now so as a result we can't afford to buy all 3 tickets each trip. Next trip we're just doing Disney and Universal but hopefully will do SW/BG again on a future trip - SW has some of my favourite coasters

It’s so long since we’ve been there are lots that we are looking forward to but we have been to Disneyland Paris a couple of times and one of our favourites is Ratatouille - it’s not the same every time so adds to the experience. Can’t wait to try it out at Epcot.

It’s really tough ? This as we last went in 2016 and my DD was just under the 40 inch mark so I ended up on doing more attractions than my wife. Hopefully my son will be over 40 inches so we can enjoy a lot more attractions as a family.
The closest we got to avatar was seeing it been built by the bus stops. We even missed out on the nighttime entertainment as it was still wishes and was a week before the nighttime parade last run. I really hope the Swiss family Robinson tree house is open as I not done this since 1993 and was closed for refurbishment in 2007/08/11 and 16. |
