I will never use EBay again.

It is so complicated. I don’t know of a website that comes near it for “difficult to use” and I can’t find a way to complain, but a fat lot of good that would do anyway.

Jan, your dibb family are here to help, but we can’t help you unless we have more info, otherwise it’s like emailing your doctor and saying you don’t feel well and can he/she prescribe you with some medication.

I've stopped using it as a seller due to the excessive fees and the risk as a seller - the buyer seems to be protected to the point where you are liable to be scammed by umpteen methods.

Just not worth the risk or bother.

I gave up selling on eBay a few years ago as by the time they’d taken their fees it wasn’t worth it.
If I’ve got any clothes to sell I use Vinted no fees to sell on there

I don’t sell anything on eBay anymore. Too much hassle.

Me neither. They’re obviously not doing well as they are constantly spamming me with offers to try and get my selling again.

Yes I would. I stopped selling years ago but buy a lot. Ebay have always sorted problems if I have had any.

You'll be fine buying stuff. Its the selling thats the problem for people. All the rules are in the favour of the buyer.

I don’t use eBay a lot but I have made a dozen purchases over the years, never found it difficult or had a problem.

I wouldn’t want to be a seller on there though, too many people scamming the sellers.
