I think it's because you're split staying, and it's only recognising dates for the first stay which the tickets are attached to. Hopefully will sort out when they update it.

I see my reservations for the last 2 days i am having issues with, but when i go to pick interests and pick who is in my party, it says uh uh! None of you have a valid ticket!

Correct. We're only using the Genie part at the moment to set which attractions we like, nothing is booked and it's not creating an itinerary. Here's my AK day as an example...



FWIW, I just got the "no tickets" error when pressing the Genie option on the homepage. But if I go into my day from the menu, then select a day that I have reservations for, I can then go into Genie.

I have been able to put in all of my selections and options for the first week of my holiday in December. (I’m staying off site).
I’m not sure why it won’t let me put in the rest at the moment but it’s bound to have teething problems in the first few weeks.
I’m hoping it will be ironed out before December ☺️

I bought a One day ticket on the MDE app a few days ago, wasn’t doing Disney in my nov trip was just doing universal, seaworld and Busch - but wanted to experience the magic kingdom in all its festive glory, I have updated the app to take into account the genie plus and have managed to select the rides,meet and greets places And places I would want to go for food for the day I’m attending , and it says “in 43 days Disney genie will be able to find the best ways to fit your top experiences into your itinerary” so hopefully that means when I log in in 43 days my day will be planned, was very easy to use so am impressed so far. I then went and paid for the one day genie + service so will see how that goes aswell.
