We normally take $150 to spend each day for 2 of us. That includes parking and meals. We also take extra cash for souvenirs and a trip to the mall.
If we get there this year we have budgeted $300 per day for 4 adults. We have separate cash for parking this time and shopping. We eat in the villa, on the parks and in restaurants on the 192.

When I budget though I always over estimate and it’s usually £150 per day etc. As we usually pay on the card then I don’t have to use up all of what I have budgeted. I usually just round it up too. Then have the funds to pay off the card.
I asked about spending, last time we went (2011) we had about $150 dollars a day... I asked if that would be sufficient these days and was pretty much laughed at!

We budget for around $200-$250 a day. Sometimes you may only spend $100

We are a family of 8 (2ad 6ch) and typically spend about $280 a day on food, fuel, parking etc. We put each day in an envelope and whatever is left we roll over and steadily we have more and more each day which results in a mass blow out on out final days haha.

We do stay in a villa so 70% of the time just have an easy breakfast in the villa the tend to eat out for lunch and dinner or eat out for lunch and have a takeaway around the villa pool in an evening.

We aren't doing Disney this year and are having more days discovering the beaches and local springs so can't see us spending our usual amounts so hoping for an even bigger shopping spree budget in our final days x

Thank you for everyones replies! It would seem everyone seems to have a similar idea when it comes to spends. Ive budgeted food, parking and spends separately and it seems to work out the same as your suggestions. Im looking at around £1000PP for food, parking, gifts, spendings for ourselves and any sit down meals we would like to book.

We budget £3000 total for 2 weeks for 2 adults and 2 children (so £214ish a day).
We are not big souvenier buyers but this money does cover some special events (e.g a dessert party or dinner show like hoop de doo or special tour) as well as a couple of character meals, parking, supermarket trips to buy snacks / breakfasts / drinks for the villa and eating out (Some days are just fast food meals or ihop and others are more expensive disney restaurant meals). The girls take some extra money they have saved for souveniers they might want to buy.

I think that spending can be as much or as little as someone wants.
We weren’t purposely trying to make it cheap or anything. I did find we weren’t always hungry but more thirsty and the last few days we spent less as hubby was hurt so that changed a lot of plans.
Dixonontour used to do food reports under $100 per day.

I always have a higher budget than needed just in case but being offsite is cheaper than onsite I would assume so that would make a difference too.
I always keep a spreadsheet, sad I know of how much I spend per day so I can keep a track and it seems to have worked for us.

We have budgeted £3000 worth for 14 nights, so whatever that will be in dollars. It's for 2 adults, 1 child and a 1 year old, food and extras. We have an extra pot for car parking and then DD has been saving her pocket money for the last year already. I should imagine our then 1 year old wouldnt want much but will be given spending money too.

It's our first trip altogether and we have my 30th and DD turns 5 whilst out there so we felt this would allow for a bit if extra money to enjoy (Whilst saving money on not doing parties etc &#129315.

Looking at others I think we have over budgeted but I'd rather have too much than too little... I'm hoping to return again so will just rollover what's left to the next trip!

Thats not nice... hope they feel ashamed of themselves for laughing...
To be honest with you, i'm working on a rough budget of $70 per person per day for August next year. I fully expect to have more funds available if needed. However, having done a little research I feel I can make this work (for 2 adults and a 9 year old). I was looking at less originally, closer to $50 (so like you $150 per day) but i've factored in more for a bit of extravagant souvenir shopping. We will also be looking at some Disney dining options (character meals / buffets) as some days we will likely be just snacking round the pool on stuff from 7/11 or Walmart or somewhere...
Everyone is different.

We average at about $70-$100 a day (2a/2c). It is subjective though as we are not big spenders and probably in the minority here, we dont buy much merch/shopping and we take a fair amount of food from the UK so we can eat in our apartment. You can share a large coldstone creamery between two for $7 which feels like a treat, i-drive has some cheap food options too if you want sit down meals. Some do 'kids free Tuesdays' and others have 'specials' day (burger meal for $10 instead of $15 etc) .

Whatever your spends are, you can have a cracking time x
