:) 2021 Trip

I’m a first timer with visiting WDW Florida and have no idea where to start or when to start! Planning on Oct 2021... ages away... but is it?! Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Well - it is 2 years but that will come round before you know it.

There is going to be different sort of planning. The here and now will probably be around your accommodation, a villa, a hotel, onsite. Once you have decided that it will depend on when you can book.
As you get closer you will then be looking at flights if you’ve not booked a package and then when closer still planning your days fast passes and where you are going to eat.

All of that could easily fill your time.

Best place to start is here though, there is so much good advice and information you can’t go wrong. I think even the most seasoned Disney traveller regularly learns something new from this forum.

Welcome to the site

Yes 2 years seams a long way off but will be here in no time

Where to start that’s the question

How many are going and age

Do you want to stay onsite or off site

How much do you want to spend?

Staying offsite is cheaper and there loads to do in international drive
I would recommend the Rosen inn at point Orlando been there 4 time and is in a great location 30mins by car to Disney, universal 10 mins to SeaWorld

Always had great service from there too

I would recommend a hire car too makes it a lot easier to get around and I prefer driving over there too
Down side is $20 to park the car in the theme parks

Do you want to do everything (but you can’t )

I have been 6 times and still not done everything

Staying onsite is great too but more expensive

I would also recommend virgin to book the holiday
They are not cheap but service and flight have been great

Hope that’s some help

The number in your party/ages and what you want to do makes a difference to your choices. Free dining for Disney could be offered next April and may work in your favour to stay onsite depending on the above. We have priced onsite Vs off-site for us 2a 1c and it is very similar for the standard we like to eat when on holiday.
