Anybody get wdw compensation stays back in 2019?

I know a few of us ended up getting compensation complimentary stays for a future visit with wdw for various complaints. We were given a 4 night deluxe stay which we are going to redeem for our next visit . Has anyone redeemed theirs and if so did you just ring Disney ?

Following as we also have a complimentary stay though 3 nights at any moderate. On the email they sent it had a number I need to ring to book it so I was going to do that.

I had a phone number on the email sent to me and told to ring quoting the Case number also given.

I've got a four night complimentary stay at any moderate I was given in 2017. I was booked in for a stay in 2020 (twice!) and 2021, all of which I had to cancel. Now about to book in for 2022.

On each occasion I had to ring the number on the email confirmation to book. This is a Floridian number so it's best to use a website that'll let you ring for free (just google "call Florida for free") there are a few out there, all are good. Also use a landline not your mobile.

Yes you definitely have to call - we have one free night to use from an incident in 2018. I emailed asking to redeem it any they told me I had to call the number given. We are going to use it for the first night of our holiday next year before moving to our hotel with the dining credit offer

Thanks everyone , I’ve given them a ring and it’s all booked, ironically at the yacht club water view ( where the complaints originated ! ) as it’s the only available deluxe they have . Bookings are high for 2022 apparently with all the rollovers . I might see if the poly is available nearer the date but if not it’s a free 4 night stay so I can’t complain too much .
