Natsynoo's Perfect Panamian Adventure: DCL EBPC Oct 2018 - Day 14 Grand Cayman
We were definitely getting the feeling by now that the cruise was coming to an end, and we felt sad. We also knew that we absolutely had to make the most of every second!
Today we woke up at 8am and got ready for breakfast at 8.30am. We had docked very early at Grand Cayman today so it wasn’t as busy as Cartagena day. Matt and I decided to stay on board today, because we have visited Grand Cayman before and again wanted to enjoy the quiet ship. It was very, very, very hot today, so we chose to sit around the adult pool so we were closer to ‘dip’, and actually spent most of the day sat in the pool with my Kindle. It was absolutely heaven! IMG_1685 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr Living my best life! $5.75 for the drink. IMG_1680 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr Across the water, we saw that the Fantasy was anchored! Our honeymoon was on the Fantasy so it was so lovely to see her again! 20181030_150238 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr Lunch today was unpredictably (!) at Cabanas, but feeling the food bloat from the cruise, I just grabbed a plate of fruit from Daisy’s Delights. We spent the afternoon doing much of the same as in the morning, until at 4.10pm, we had had enough sun and went back to the stateroom to get ready. After our Deck 4 photos, we met Chip & Dale, and headed into Showtime. 20181030_174715 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr 20181030_174642 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr 20181030_174625 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr 20181030_175324 by Natalie Pope, on Flickr Tonight’s show was The Filharmonic, a vocal harmony group who have performed on America’s Got Talent and were also in Pitch Perfect 2. We ordered a couple of soft drinks, which came to $4.83. We then went down to Azure to watch the Crew Talent Show. I’m never a fan of this but Matt wanted to see it. Dinner tonight was at Triton’s. The session was led by Professor Funguy and it was so much fun! Congratulations to Matt on his dessert eating marathon - boy did good!
That dress looks beautiful - I'd have no chance of fitting in anything I wore at the start of the cruise!
