Thanks for that, tinkissarah
I love all those ears , I refuse to pay $27 or more for them it's such a rip off, I saw the London fabric in a local shop yesterday , it was cheap too, they had a few Disney ones as well but more expensive, but you don't need much

No problem. Enjoy making them. I found good fabrics online or Hobby Craft had some disney fabrics last time I went in.
I did a few caps for my husband too with Star Wars and Pirates of the Caribbean ears on. Didn't want him feeling left out 😂

It’s worth looking on EBay for small-ish pieces of Disney fabric if you don’t need a metre length.

Sometimes Aldi have bundles of Disney fat quarters...at the moment there are Tinkerbell and Mary Poppins.

Rapunzel Ears

Jasmine Ears

Cinderella Ears

U.K Epcot ears

Got material from eBay and hobbycraft. ☺️
How do you transport them? I'm assuming that I'll need to find a box to protect them in the suitcase.

Have fun making them... here’s my first effort for Dumbo inspired ears... I made the skirt too...it’s meant to look like a big top. 🤣

Very cute

Ive made lots recently, I've been signed off work with depression & just started making them by myself, it's kept me busy & quite relaxing!
If you haven't got a sewing machine, I'd get a cheapish glue gun (The Range/Hobbycraft) and then there's a really good tutorial on Youtube from The WDW Couple (think she named them no sew minnie ears). Her tutorial was super easy to follow & she included the link to her templates which I've found to be the perfect size for the ears. Material & Beading check Aldi & Hobbycraft! Even The Range had some nice stuff. I used Hobbycraft toy stuffing for the inside.

These are some that I've done just with the glue gun

Then these ones I made with my Mum & the only thing different was she sewed the two pieces together so I didn't need beading on them

I get my headbands from amazon. I usually just type in something like plain white headbands & it comes up with a few options 🙂
