What does sapphire stand for in relation to thrifty car hire, shows it on DFCH.

I'm not openly advertising the benefits of Sapphire just yet as I'm waiting for feedback to see if the benefits actually exist or if its just a sales ploy by Thrifty.

It allegedly means priority check in at the desk (I don't recall ever seeing a seperate priority check in desk) and free vehicle upgrade for the following categories:
Economy – Compact
Compact – Intermediate
Intermediate – Standard
Standard – Full size
Intermediate SUV – Standard SUV

Thanks for that Andy. I've only seen sapphire advertised recently and it seemed to me a bit like Alamo max.It would be interesting to see if the upgrade is guaranteed, like Alamo max... seems to be.
