Why is this a surely thing? I am asking the question as I don’t know that it is the case. Obviously I know you cannot pre book two tier 1s but if you just booked one then used it, I was not aware that you could not then book another tier 1.

Because it would completely negate the tier system for it to work any other way

ps gave it some more thought... it would not completely negate the tier system as on the day of your visit you'd be without the 60/30 day advantage, but it would certainly mitigate the effect of the tier system for you to be able to book a second tier 1 ride, before you've at least allow some tier 2 ride bookings to lapse.
