The Costco one is lovely as is their maple syrup, if you have problems trying to find Buttermilk any Polish or eastern European shop has it if you have one by you.
I use pinterest for recipes

Tesco sell buttermilk 50p a carton if you make your own. I do the Jamie Oliver pancakes not buttermilk tho. One cup milk to one cup self raising flour pinch salt one egg whisk cook in hot butter nothing else and flip when bubbles appear. Top with maple syrup bacon or chocolate sauce. I like mine with blueberries added to the mix or stewed apples and cinnamon

Just made a batch for breakfast from scratch - There are loads of easy recipes on the internet. Having ours with bacon, maple syrup, strawberries and blueberries. Awesome

I use the BBC good food receive but add some vanilla extract to the mix, don't over mix the batter though as you need the lumps for the lightness. We sometimes have butter & maple syrup but DS loves Nutella spread on them and chopped up strawberries & bananas which is super yummy!
