Suggestions welcome
Hello
We visit Disney in August. We are on site for part of trip but not on Disney dining plan. Looking for suggestions for breakfast and dinner options on Disney property. We have been before and have enjoyed tusker house breakfast, garden grill dinner, Ohana dinner. Not to bothered about character interaction as have a teenage boy and he is not into princess’s ;. We don’t mind paying if the food is good and atmosphere is nice. Also not fussy eaters so any cuisine is ok. Thanks and look forward to your suggestions |

We really enjoy the 1900 Park Fayre breakfast at the Grand Floridian. Its buffet style but they have lovely red velvet pancakes and my DD loves the breakfast pizza and gummy bears! It is character meal which includes Tigger, Pooh, Alice, Mad Hatter (who is usually quite funny) and Mary Poppins. We then usually head to Magic Kingdom as it is just a boat ride away from there.

We went in September without a dining plan. As we were club level we mainly had breakfast there but we did do a few breakfasts out. We usually do a character breakfast or two if we have a dining plan but as two adults it is a silly expense if paying OOP so we didn’t do any.
We went to Boma one day which we both thought was excellent, I said in my dining report that it was the best breakfast at Disney bar the Cali Grill brunch. We also had breakfast at The Wave, we decided to order from off the menu and it was average but the buffet did look very good and is reasonably priced. We also had breakfast at Woodys Lunchbox one morning. Boma The Wave Woodys |

Our favourites were Cali Grill, we did dinner and went back to see the fireworks that evening. Also liked Teppan Edo. The Wave do a good breakfast, nice to stroll over to MK after. Clipper Canteen was my favourite in MK. Prime Time was my favourite in HS. I know its character, but everyone in our party love Chef Mickey's, even the surly teens and 'grown ups' in middle age.
