Mobile “Trouble” linking tickets on mde

Help! I’m panicking.
Had our tickets a few weeks/months and I thought i’d link them tonight to my MDE account and each one i try it says they are having “trouble linking the ticket right now please try again”
I’m panicking there is something wrong with the tickets?!
One of them is a child one and the back looks very different to the two adult ones, it didn’t have a bit to scratch off like the adult ones and the dates on the back of the adult ones is 2017 🤔
Am I panicking for nothing? Will it be okay tomorrow maybe? Or should i call them... thank you!

I think I had something similar when trying on my phone and iPad, both on the website and app.
Linked fine on my laptop though.

Try phoning their freephone technical support number they should be able to help.

I ahve the same issue. Trying to lin 2 Halloween ones which say someone else has already linked and two 14 days one where says code not valid. They are also date 2017 bt only purchased from ATD in January. I have sent ATD an email and await their response. Really dont fancy being stuck on hold with Disney but guess I'll have to call tonight if ATD cant sort it out.

Thanks everyone. I got so worked up I just called Disney
The lady was lovely and just linked all 3 for me, although she didn't say whether there was an issue with the website/app or why I may have had trouble.

I need to link all my families to our account soon so I am hoping I don't have to call and do the same with 6 others as it was very hard to get across my B's and E's lol.

Linked ours last no problem, did it on my laptop though and not through the app, they show in the app after linking
