Mobile ADRs via phone - when did they show up on MDE

I booked my ADRs yesterday via phone, cause it didn't work online or via the app (the same today). They said it will show up online. When does this happen ? I am a little bit nervous, due to the problems we had with the booking . Anyone has any experience with this ?

I did some online today but phoned up for Hoop Dee Doo and Hollywood Brown Derby. They showed on my MDE straight away, though I did have to refresh the page first. Did they give you a reservation number when you booked over the phone?

I booked BOG, Akershus and Oga’s online at 11am. CRT was showing no availability, so I called to book that at 12.30. It showed in MDE within 10 minutes.

Called them , but waiting for dining reservations is more than 90 min. They told they have major problems with dining and linking the reservations. I am still a little bit nervous. And they also could not fix the wrong linked ticket. They call me back 😱

With all the money they make , their IT really is crap ! Sorry but MDE is amazing when it works but when it’s being naughty it’s a total nightmare... good luck OP

Hope you get it sorted out - ours also appeared almost immediately, so it sounds like they are still having problems with MDE.

I called on Monday and they said it will be showing up soon and that the tickets ( they linked one adult ticket to our infant son and canceled mine) will be changed immediately. But nothing showing up and no changes with the tickets. Would you call again or am I impatient ?
