Las Vegas flights

I wondered if anyone has recommendations for booking flights from Glasgow to Las Vegas? Had a look last night and thought them to be a wee bit steep

We want to be in Las Vegas on 11 June ( 20th wedding anniversary). Will there be any flight sales on or is that just the price to expect

Many thanks
Lynn

It's probably cheaper to fly to LAX then hire a car, but if you want to do Vegas have you tried playing around with different dates on skyscanner.net? Or maybe try other nearby airport for departure?

Define a wee bit steep?

That may be the going rate, it may not be.

£750 onwards although that said TC is £650 but I don't know how they will be with the change in planes (bit confused about all that). Having said that we went one year to Florida with them and they were ok.

Anyone have experience with TC from Glasgow to Vegas. jimstroma thats the kind of price I thought.

thanks

I haven't gone Glasgow to Vegas ( we stay beside Glasgow airport) but we have done Manchester to Vegas with Thomas cook, albeit as part of a package. The flights were fine. We are using Thomas cook in May to fly from Manchester to lax. I'm sure they will be fine. With your question on flght prices to Vegas from Glasgow we have found them to be on the expensive side, about £750 ish rings a bell which is why we went from Manchester.
The last time I went to Vegas was last year with my mum, and we went with ba but again, as a package in September, went via Heathrow and I thought we got a good price for our flights and hotel.

Hi

We flew TC Manchester to Las Vegas and came back on Wednesday.

The flights were good. I didn't like the fact that we had to pay for premium TV and extra drinks but the fight itself, service etc all good.

We paid £1550 for 3 adults. I thought that was a good price.

If it helps we have also flown into Los Angeles and driven up , a few years ago, we really enjoyed that trip too but it depends what you want to do.

Jo
