Starbucks gift cards

Hi, quick question- does anyone know if Starbucks gift cards bought in the UK Work in the US Starbucks stores?
I had meant to pick some up when I was there recently, but I completely forgot, thank you

I queried this with Starbucks in Summer and was told yes (they convert to $ based in the exchange rate. They only work in a limited range of countries.

I'm not sure about the parks but I used a UK Starbucks gift card at the Starbucks at Orlando airport.

You can't collect 'stars' though

Yes, as others have said UK cards will work in US Starbucks with the exception of Disney World Starbucks.

There are probably other Starbucks locations in the USA where UK gift cards won't work - all depends on the franchising deal they have struck with Starbucks (& Disney will have a pretty exclusive deal for sure).

Over here some franchisees (often motorway service areas) don't accept gift cards. My employer has Starbucks as the coffee brand at it's sites & we never used to touch the gift cards - but do now as Starbucks UK made it quite clear we had to. We also never used to accept Blue Light Card discounts at our branded franchised restaurants, but do now.
