Florida weather

I would be gutted if I was there right now, I’ve been there in November, December and January before but it was still shorts and tee shirts through the day!

Just had a look and its a bit miserable isn't it! We were there Christmas Day to 9th Jan and was lovely for the first week, shorts and tshirts even when the sun went down. Then it did get cooler but was still pleasant in the sun and only wore a sweater the last couple of days (obviously the Floridians were in their big coats haha).
You want at least some pool time and sun and so I would be a bit gutted if it was rubbish for the whole trip!

I'm so glad we have the snowbirds in, and wanting next year. This time last year we were in Cape Verde and definitely had the best of the deal. It's not much colder here in sunny Essex.

It's bloody miserable Nanna, but the rain is a welcome here for the lawns and plants. The Gov has held a press conference and issued a state of emergency for north Florida (Gulf of America ) and Floridans are being told how to drive in winter weather.

‘Gulf of America’ 😂

Hope you are managing to stay warm AB, it’s pretty cold up here in NE England too, but at least no snow or frost .

And of course we are all experts driving in the snow up here!

Can they be told how to drive for the rest of the year?
