OrlandoAttractionTickets.co.Uk.. Anyone used them?
Hi everyone,
I have been looking at buying my attraction tickets from Orlando Attraction Tickets as they have an ‘Ultimate Passport’ which includes a Discovery Cove swim along with the usual Disney, Universal, Seaworld and Busch Garden tickets. They also offer on their website ‘free’ Gatorland tickets with each booking. But… (there is always a but), there are a couple of things putting me off making the booking. Firstly, there is a spelling mistake on the front page of their website. Stupid to let that bother me, but if they can’t pay attention to that, how well will they look after my custom. Secondly, I have just tried to call them today (midday) only to get an answer machine message telling me their opening times are 9.00 till 18.00 and please leave a message… then the flipping machine cuts me off so I can’t leave a message. So far this company hasn’t convinced me to hand over £5k for tickets. Have any of you lovely Dibbers used this company in the past and can give me a bit of confidence in booking with them? Many thanks in advance Martin |

I have used them in 2018 and 2019 and bought Discovery cove tickets from them in November.
If you do a search for Orlandoattractiontickets (all one word) you will see plenty of results on here. I would also look at covid cancellation rules they have, some sites are offering much better cancelation options at the moment. Edited at 05:23 PM. |

Used them a few years ago for tickets without any issues. Used them again recently for our tickets for our next trip and the one following.

I've booked with them in the black friday deals which were great value on a deposit only basis which was only £1pp at the time, so if something happened and we needed to cancel before the deposit was due, that gives a decent amount of cushion.
If you look on the contact page it says phone lines are not available at the moment and to use the live chat. I used the live chat a few times and they were always quick and helpful. |

We have used the before with no problems but they have changed their terms now and you cannot change or cancel Disney tickets after they have been linked to MyDisneyExperience so I would probably avoid for the time being. You don't know 100% that you're going until you get a clear, supervised PCR test with 24 hours of flying so need more flexibility on ticktes than that. I'd check out AttractionTickets.com or Floridatix who have better cancellations / ammendment terms

Just as a small correction to this, PCRs are not required for travel to the US. It's a supervised antigen test (LFT) and not PCR.
But I agree, if I was doing a tickets only booking at the moment, I would be looking at ones with flex cover. Especially for families where those ticket prices add up fast and often insurance doesn't fully cover them. That's a lot of money to potentially lose. |
