Mile High Meals: Plane Food Secrets (features ANA)

Not sure if anyone saw the programme on Channel 5 Mile High Meals: Plane Food Secrets on 8 August at 6.30pm but it revolves around the airline meal service from start to finish with ANA.

Might be worth a look - wasn't sure whether to put in TV and FIlm section or here in Tokyo TP so will start here. Mods feelfreeto move if appropriate.

Hi AntonyJ - it covered the general things from development to loading onboard but some areas went into more detail about meal development, approval by ANA etc but generally it was just interesting if that appeals to you. I would be pleased to hear your views if you get to watch it.

I found it fascinating , I love shows like that.

The only thing I wanted to see that they did not show, was the First Class being plated up on the plane. I know they only have 6 or 8 First class seats so do the onboard staff use those tweezers to add the bits on top, did the "twill" the sauce on the plane etc before they serve?
