Yes I felt a bit like that and was a bit smug that it had gone so well on the outward leg so of course we had a teeny hiccup on the return leg

I'm looking forward to reading how you got on in Malta. We went there in 2013 when the kids were 8 and 6. They've grown a bit since then!

Yes it’s been stressful on the diy front. It’s been almost a year now of work - mainly at weekends but a lot in the weekdays too and I have to confess it’s got me down a few times. The noise and mess and stuff everywhere. Really hoping we are almost there now
