Disney Hotels - Beach Club Mainly

Hi Everyone looking for some help

We have been trying to book a trip for October with our heart being set on the Yacht or Beach Club

Does anyone know whats going on there it comes up on some of the hotel web pages that you can only book 7 nights?

We would be after 14 or 15

Are the hotels running at limited capacity still?

Seems strange

What are your dates and where are you looking? I just tried 14 nights on a couple of random October dates through WDTC and can see availability.

Our dates are

7th October - 22nd October

Which page are you using there was nothing last night i even called the US reservation number ..

Ahh, the problem is a few days in the middle of the month that are booked up. I tried at the start and end of the month, just using the standard WDTC UK booking. Just checked your dates and it's only available for up to 9 nights from the 7th.

Available again from the 19th, so it's specifically 16-18 that are the issue.

Ah strangely though last night on hotels.com the yacht club was available for 14 nights but you had to book it separate as they would only allow 7 nights per booking!

Are they liable to release more rooms as the year goes on or do we look for an alternative

If you can't get inventory on the US site either, probably only if they have cancellations at this point.

I don't use third party websites now but I'm guessing that it's a separate room category that has availability each week. There's nothing to stop you booking 14 nights assuming there is availability within the same category.

It looks like they are sold out on the 17th & 18th - I don't think it is Columbus day then but it might explain it or there is a big conference at the Yacht club and they've reserved some of the beach club too. Keep checking as availability changes all the time.
