Superstar shuttle to universal hotel

Hi, we have found the superstar shuttle service that picks up at Orlando airport and takes you to universal hotels but we can't find how to book it, can you only book it if you have booked direct with universal, we are staying in cabana bay but booked through British Airways, thanks for any help

I think you can only book direct with Universal, yes.
I've always used Mears Shuttles but they appear to have stopped them now, I can't find any other companies operating shuttles so I think Uber / Lyft /Taxi will be the only options now.
