OK, we now have official word from the publisher, and it is definitely going to be later than we hoped, due to a long queue at the printer's. We expect to take delivery at the warehouse on Nov 29/30, and it's usually a 2-week distribution process to get it to the bookstores and other retail outlets (like Amazon). That means the official publication date is December 14, although it is possible it might be a bit before then.

As ever, it should be available for pre-order before then, so keep an eye on the online pages of Amazon, Waterstones, etc.

Is there any update on the release of the 2022 guide? I have ordered from WH Smith but hasn’t arrived as yet.

We are actively trying to find out at the moment, as we haven't had any updates so far this month. The last date we heard was Dec 14/15, but we did also get an email late last month saying the printer was currently overloaded, with a significant backlog. The whole supply/distribution chain is also out of whack as a result of the current transportation issues, so trying to get a definitely answer is proving problematical. We're still hoping for the next week or so, but we'll let readers know here as soon as we hear back.
