iPad & Mac working fine , no issues with any forums I only get asked to agree to policy once if I use my iPhone

You said above that you are using a mac

There is a known problem where Latest updates can corrupt safari files in certain circumstances.

On my Mac I was getting repeated errors on some sites like eBay and Amazon. The following reinstalls the Safari files, this solved the errors for me. Although my errors were different to what you are experiencing it could be the same cause.

go here macupdate/app/mac/15675/apple-safari

expand the section 'What's new'

download Safari 15 for Catalina or BigSur (whichever OS you are using)

run the install


If that still does not work try a different browser like Firefox or Chrome just to see if it is Safari related.

yep I have a macbook and its doing the same for me as well - for those that don't have the issue you are really lucky as its highly irritating so I can understand the OP's frustration
