Have you checked Park MGM? Or Mirage? They are 2 of our back ups. We are going in February again and I keep checking. If I see prices fall significantly I will tell you.
Thank you We would love to stay at the Venetian but to save a few hundred its a no brainer to look elsewhere- like the look of Mirage too and MGM looks nice. PH seems to have Hard Rock vibes i think thats why we are drawn to that, and from the comments it seems to be reasonably central

I love the Wynn but the difference between Ballys is about $900. I am torn what to do.
I dont like MGM at all but Park MGM is nice. Planet Hollywood is a good hotel. Love the location. Its in the Miracle Mile shops with loads of lovely little eating places. Its very central.

Wow $900 is a big saving- could get you a few show tickets or excursions. I guess the beauty of Vegas is like Disney you can explore all the hotels even if you dont stay there

Ahh yes that was the reason why i liked the sound of PH for the location to Miracle Mile, i will look at Park MGM i didnt realise there was a third hotel (i had heard of MGM and Signature)

I haven’t stayed at Park MGM but I love the vibe. They have some really cool food options!

This one is on my short list having watched a programme on it! (The Chef Show)

Today I booked the Luxor on their own site at $350 inc all taxes and resort fees for 24 and 25 October… a ‘pyramid elite suite’.

I know that it is described by some as in need of a refurb and yes, I know it is a little ‘South of the action’, but the Suite we have booked is 1200 sq feet, near the top of the Pyramid and dual aspect as it is on a corner. That is probably 3 times larger than any Hotel room we have ever booked in the past! £135 per night @ $1.3/ £ sounds a bargain. Lord knows what a similar suite would have cost at Bellagio.

It used to be the Monte Carlo, so you may have heard of that one. I haven't been since the rebrand, but the location is good. I like the tram to Bellagio.

Yes Lodis it used to be Monte Carlo but has had a complete refurb. Another plus is its a completely no smoking hotel. One of the few on the strip. I love Eaterly as well Karen. The pizza there is the nicest I have ever had.

Sounds like a good deal. The hotel is not for me. Its so dark, and as I said to you before too far south on the strip. If you are happy thats great. A friend of mine stayed in a suite there and he loved it. Lets hope for this time CB.

Ocean One Bar and Grill, in Miracle Mile is great value and good food. Before covid it was $4.99 for a proper sit down breakfast, with waiter service and lovely white table cloths. They also do 3 for $10 cocktails. They have some good deals on evening meals too. Some lovely food choices in there.
