Sunglasses in shops

Not sure whether I should have put this in the shopping forum but as it’s to do with my planning I put it here! We’re going in 3 weeks and DH and DS 16 need new sunglasses. Does anyone know any high street shops that have them in to try on? Ordered a few pairs from Amazon but none of them any good so would rather go somewhere to try before we buy!

I have quite a lot, Raybans etc, and I’ve found Sungods to be really good, but online only, great quality for the money.

I was thinking about them but wasn’t sure if they’d still have them out, so will give them a go 👍

Thought I’d give them a ring first and they said they only had five pairs 😫

I've just ordered new glasses from Vision Express and they had a large selection of non-prescription sunglasses for sale and they had some good offers too. John Lewis also had some in when I was shopping last week.

Do you live close to a designer village type place? Eg, Cheshire Oaks? They may have a Sunglasses Hut? The new one in Cannock does and had a good selection last time I was there.

DH downloaded an app where he could virtually try on different styles.

Finally … you’ve always got the airport 👍

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. It’s a bit harder as DS is away at college during the week and then has basketball one day at the weekend! But yes if we do t get any then the airport it will have to be 🤣
