Just changed one of my bookings and booked a weekend to rent just to use them up.

Ali. I am on live chat now, they have confirmed mine are loaded but he cannot make them visible.
I will ring them later as what I want is for too complicated for live chat and I suspect it will take them an hour to sort out!

Mine didn’t show on my vacation points and were only visible when going through the booking process. Showed up as Riviera home resort.

I can see the points when I try to book too but not in my dashboard. I thought they were May 21 points but I can use them to book May 22. Can anyone confirm the use year?

This is how mine were reallocated last night... *Reese is the Cast Member who sorted it for me*
Reese: Ok, so i moved everything i could around, and now you have the full 200 Vacation Point allotment for the December 2021 Use Year available. Those can be banked by July 31, 2022 if you are not traveling anymore prior to December 1 not including the February trip. I used all the extended Vacation Points, the transferred Vacation Points with a June 2021 Use Year, banked and borrowed for the 3 reservations in February.

Basically the extended points (2019 points totalling 192) were moved to pay for my Feb 2022 bookings and those I'd used from my current Use Year given back to me. so they are 2021 points and clean so can still be banked by July 31st 2022. I had 8 points left in my 2021 allocation and now have 200 as if they'd not been messed with.
