Who’s still hoping for Feb half term

Still hanging in there after nearly cancelling it all last week.
The Pass Vaccinal is now going to the senate on January 15th. If passed it will apply to Over 16’s.
Feeling optimistic 🙏

We just had our January trip cancelled, but we’re going late august. What’s the pass vaccinal? I have a 13 year old but will be double jabbed by the time we go.

The French government want to introduce it to replace the pass sanitaire. They were met with opposition but finally settled it at 5:30 this morning. It’s got to go to the Senate on Jan 15th. The government have had to agree on over 16’s to reach an agreement rather than the over 12’s that they wanted.
I’m just hoping this paves the way to them reopening for the UK. They’ve just relaxed the rules for business travellers

Ah yes I had heard this but I thought for over 12s. Good luck I hope you make it, we should of been going next week🥲 I’d be there in a flash if they were to open for next week!

Not half term but I''m booked to go a couple of weeks later in early March. I'm moderately confident as I'd be surprised if the restrictions are still in place in February but who knows.

Booked Sequoia Lodge late last night for Half Term. We'll be going with a 12yo and a 14yo so the 16 and over for Pass Vaccinal makes it less of a worry.

They're due to be double jabbed over two weeks before we go though so they might have been better off with Pass Vaccinal rather than doing daily tests (not sure how we'd have proved their Vaccine Status though).

I’ve just cancelled ours
I asked the kids if they wanted to hold out or book something else, so.
Will hopefully look to rebook for next Feb. At least the pool might be open at SL then and if we are lucky Marvel Campus.

With the amount of daily infections in France 332000 yesterday. I can't see them opening back up any time soon.

They’re still open to other countries though despite their infection rate. We all know it’s political , if they don’t change it soon I’ll be spending my hard earned money elsewhere

Agree with this. We’ve booked to go to California instead. Fingers crossed it doesn’t shut down.
