Mask rules since the start of covid

Just wandering what levels of mask wearing there has been since the start of covid. I know now it’s everyone over 6 all the time. It has previously been everyone over 11.

Have they previously had it so it was only mask wearing indoors? I know no one has a crystal ball, I’m just trying to work out when they relax it how they will do it!

I want to know this too! I hope someone comes along with the answer.
I’m looking to book for May but wearing masks outdoors puts me off x

As far as I can remember I don't DLP have ever relaxed the mask wearing outside within the parks - think they dropped it from Disney Village for a while.

It was Mask Wearing outdoors and indoors in the Parks when we went in December. Everyone was doing it, felt much safer than the UK.

Masks have been required outside ever since they first reopened. The only relaxations they have made are
1) allowing people to take off their mask at outside selfie spots
2) not requiring it outside in Disney Village

The Disney Village thing was never very clear though in my opinion and since a few weeks ago it is required outside there again as well. And them requiring it again was the first I heard of them apparently not requiring it before

Thanks everyone. I have managed to get my eurotunnel voucher extended so I now have until June to book (it was originally end of Jan) so I have more time to see what happens now rather than playing guessing games! Interesting to know it’s never been relaxed outdoors in the parks tho.

I find the thought of masks outdoors really off putting too. It’s also so expensive at the moment and no incentives. Hmmm

We had a great time in November and the masks were no bother (in fact very useful as it was so cold!)

We paid £700 for 3 nights at the Art of Marvel (Annual Pass rate).

Good that the masks didn't bother you but they would bother us and ruin our visit. We will be with a baby and a preschool child, I wouldn't go on holiday where my children couldn't see my face all day, that's just horrendous.

What did you think of the Marvel Hotel? My little boy would love to stay there! 💙
