So this week dd was in hospital we are not long back. I stayed with her and Sat in a chair beside her bed day and night. She's only 7 and she was honestly such a star and done so well as she underwent lots of tests. Her consultant is really good but was really busy so we didn't see him we dealt with his younger team who did fantastic at times she got upset and you could see there lack of confidence and experience. As a nurse I was able to guide them and give them a confidence boost chat...

Anyway thanks so much Dibbers for getting me through the wee small hours 😊

Thanks so much NHS for all you do and all the stars who work within.

Glad she is recovering quickly. It is so scary when you are in hospital with a child.
The NHS is amazing. It is a shame there is so much pressure on it with very limited staff.
Sending hugs for your DD hope you get plenty of sleep tonight

Thanks 3DK its a long term thing she's got its been going on for years and we will just need to see what the future brings. We have a appointment with her consultant next week to arrange a plan of action. Yeah not going to lie I've had about 5 hours sleep all week but its all worth it as dd was content as she could be. Thanks so much for your hugs they are more than appreciated 💖
