I agree, it is hilarious - first world problems. Some people think they have an automatic right to have their non-Disney packages delivered to their rooms when Disney are within their right not to do it at all and they're taking this charge very personally. For people who say there's too much or it's too heavy to go and collect from reception, just take an empty suitcase or two and put the items in them.
