I never rubbed it in. It’s quite greasy. I just used to spray like you would the skin so soft. It has a pump action type dispenser. I took 2 bottles last time but they’d both been used a bit as both my children went on school trips and took a new bottle each with them. Then we took the leftovers on our hols, but both bottles still had a lot in. It depends how liberally you put it on I guess and who will be using. I always take too much of everything 😂

Thanks glee fan. I’m thinking 3 bottles of this for 4 adults with 3 bottles of the Avon stuff plus pyramid bands. Plus vicks vapour rub. See, I’m overkill too!
