I graduated on Friday and never thought I’d finish the programme but it really does work!
I’m carrying on with three 30 minute runs a week and see how I go from there.
Can’t say I love running but there’s no feeling like having done it

I’m on week 4 and found run 2 sooo hard 😥

Should have done the last one today but my back is aching and I don’t think I’ll get through it.

Back to it tomorrow and hoping it’ll be better than Fridays run.

I really respect those that have gotten through the programme, and hope to be one of them in a few weeks. I can see how easy it would be to give up so seeing it through to the end is a huge achievement and everyone should be very proud of themselves.

It's ok to repeat weeks if it's all feeling a bit much. I have repeated week five.

Btw, I still use the app -
I use it for interval training on my second run of the week
Its helped knock 3 minutes off my time!
You're all doing brilliantly
