I’m sure your charged for 0800 numbers that’s why companies offer 0330 numbers which can be used from mobiles free

Looks like they changed this a while back, 0800 numbers should be free from mobiles now!

I remember reading they put those 03xx numbers so we didn’t have to pay a small fortune to ring 0870 numbers

I was also in the amend booking queue from 9.02am this morning... but my landline ran out of battery at 10.48 so annoying! Will try at 10am tomorrow with the New booking option. I was trying to save the £100 fee by moving our 2019 to 2020 rather than cancelling and rebooking, but I just booked 2020 online as then I get the extra $100 gift card so my loss is actually only around £25 for the peace of mind of having it booked in. I’ll ask them to waive it anyway and see what happens 🤷🏼 they can only say no.
