May be untrue but funny.
I was checking out of a London Hotel and the receptionist was chuckling.
She told me an American couple had just checked out and said they'd enjoyed Windsor Castle yesterday. The lady wondered why they had built it so close to the Airport though! 🤣😂😁

This genuinely didn’t surprise me. So so many people don’t realise quite how far away we are from America! I was shocked to hear some of them thought we could drive to Florida

I detest drunks. Not funny and drive nails into me

We were sat at the bar at Sanaa waiting for food nursing a G & T. Some half sloshed American turns up and wants to talk to us. My Wife is very polite, I cut him dead.

Until he starts to really grate on me, at this stage my Wife starts kicking me repeatedly.

Q is the American A is me

Q. So what do you think of Princess Megan
A. I don't like the Kardashians
Q. No she is a Princess, will be Queen one day
A. We don't like her
Q. Why?
A. She's not European
Q. But she is so pretty
A. No she's not.

This continues for maybe 10 mins until my ankle and leg is black from the kicking. I then turn my back on him and he wanders off

Not at Disney but we were in the car park at Clearwater marine aquarium, it was about 12 and there was an American couple walking behind us and the lady said "have I had my lunch yet Bob".

We got back in the car wondering if she had had it.

On our first trip when I was maybe 9 or 10 years old our family (my mom, dad, myself and younger brother) were in Animal Kingdom and got chatting to an American a family... the dad in the family said to us in relation to Its Tough To Be A Bug - ‘Did you see the bugs? Weren’t that a hoot!’ (Imagine in an American accent)... it’s something that has stayed with our family ever since... we often talk about the American guy and how he will never realise that just that one remark has always stayed with us and always will. We have been back to Florida as a family and I’ve been twice with my husband and we have adopted the saying ourselves too...

Not entirely related to the topic, but kind of 🤷🏼
