im sort of organising everything for the 9 of us and I need to arrange insurance for my parents (brother can do his own lol).

my mum had her stroke early last year and is doing great .. she cant walk very well and has a couple of niggles but she is her which is 100% the main thing and my dad has no major medical issues. can anyone recommend a decent company to check out ?

also my son was officially diagnosed with autism last year do I need to add this to our insurance ?

thanks

I use Just Travel Cover who are good for those with pre-existing conditions.

Just to note, whichever company you choose, ensure that they and their underwriters are 5* defqato rated.

Yes, always inform your insurance of any diagnosis.

We used Holiday Extras in 2018, they are underwritten by Allianz., a large global International Company. My mum is 85 and she has a few medical needs. We also have so many medical need myself, my son and my husband these include, autism, COPD, heart failure, epilipsy, immune problems, the list goes on and on... we were all covered with all our problems with 15 million medical, they will be first on my list to try again, but I will also try another couple just to compare, but they came out best for us last time and when we went prior to 2015, we used them again and we made a claim as my son was poorly and we made a claim and it was all settled very quickly.

Can highly recommend Staysure insurance, they cover a multitude of diagnoses including Autism and the price was competitive.
