Heads about to explode!

We are first timers and so far only have ADR's booked for our two weeks holiday this Easter. I am going over them all the time and reading lots of peoples ideas.
Please advise

First plan was

Day

1 Arrive, snack tea and sleep
2 HW: Mama Melrose inc Fantasmic 13.15 Fantasmic
3 MK: 0815 Be my guest Whispering Canyon 17.30
4 Epcot: 0900 Chip & Dale breakfast Coral Reef 18.30
5 AK: Tuskers House 12.55 Yak & Yet 18.45
6 Water parks/Chill
7 Water parks/chill T-Rex 18.30
8 Chef Mickey 09.25 and leave for Villa
9 -14 Villa. US, Seaworld.

Second plan, as figured Fantasmic on first day might be silly.

1 Arrive, snack tea and sleep
2 AK: Tuskers house 13.20
3 MK: 0815 Be my guest Whispering Canyon 17.30
4 Epcot: 0900 Chip & Dale breakfast Coral Reef 18.30
5 Chill out/Water park
6 HW: Mama Melrose inc Fantasmic 13.20 Fantasmic
7 Chill/Water parks T-Rex 18.30
8 Chef Mickey 09.25 and leave for Villa
9 -14 Villa. US, Seaworld.

3rd plan as over thinking!

1 Arrive, snack tea and sleep
2 Chill/water parks
3 MK: 0815 Be my guest Whispering Canyon 17.30
4 Epcot: 0900 Chip & Dale breakfast Coral Reef 18.30
5 AK: Tuskers House 12.55 Yak & Yeti 18.45
6 HW: Mama Melrose inc Fantasmic 13.20 Fantasmic
7 Chill/water parks T-Rex 18.30
8 Chef Mickey 09.25 and leave for Villa
9 -14 Villa. US, Seaworld.

Hi, I'd go for your option 2 only based on - yes you may be tired that night to enjoy Fantasmic and secondly your option 3 is chilling on your first day. From experience you'll be dyeing to get to a theme park and Animal Kingdom is quite a relaxing park.

Which ever option you decide have a fantastic time.

I would be thinking about switching a water park day to the 2nd half of the holiday so to not "waste" onsite stay benefits of getting to the parks for rope drop etc. Unless you are super mad Harry Potter fans it looks like you've allowed 5 days for universal and seaworld, maybe 4 would do? This would allow an extra day at MK as there really is lots to fit in. Also I always aim for a park after a water park day to get the fast passes and so we are fresh for the fireworks, this works well at Epcot due to the tier system. But also good for the parades at MK.

Good luck making a decision
