MK New Opening Ceremony- anyone been?

Anyone been to the new opening ceremony in front of the castle, if so how does it compare with the old one? What time do they allow guests into the park?

Anyone have an early ADR (8am ish) and we're you allowed into the park before guests or can everyone get in before 8am?

Trying to decide if there is any benefit of keeping our 8.05am ADR for BOG.

Watched it online and I wasn't impressed. Absolutely loved the old one.
People were let in just after 8am for 9am opening. Show was at 8.55.

I did read a blog saying BOG people could get to 7dmt and peter pan before 9am whereas everyone else held back at ropes.

That's good to know. I booked BOG breakfast just so I could go on 7DMT without a queue.

Sounds like it's still worth while keeping our 8.05am reservation and hope we get in 15/20 minutes before everyone else so we can get some good photos in front of the castle.

You can get in about 20nmins before your reservation time, go to the far left queue there will need guest relation cast members with I pads who will guide u in :-)
